What if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If the tracking information confirms that the order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.

In cases where a package is left at the door or mailbox and is later stolen, please note:

  • Our responsibility as a seller ends once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
  • Such incidents are considered external events beyond our control.
  • We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered without a required signature.

What can I do in this situation?

We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a police report if the package was stolen

Can I file a claim?

Yes, you can contact us and we will review your case. We may request:

  • Carrier delivery confirmation (date, time, and address)
  • Any available evidence (such as video footage)
  • Any relevant communication or additional information

Each case is reviewed individually, but please note that claims without signature confirmation can be difficult to resolve in the customer’s favor.
